ESIC hospitals across India aim to provide comprehensive, high-quality medical care to insured employees and their families, including preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.
They strive to make healthcare affordable and accessible, especially in underserved areas. The vision is to lead in employee healthcare by integrating advanced technologies and maintaining a patient-centric approach.
Thus we designed the campus to cater to this Objective and Vission.
The master plan was designed as a comprehensive framework that guides the development and layout of a healthcare facility. It ensures that the hospital is functional, efficient, and capable of meeting the needs of patients, staff, and visitors.
The Master Plan focuses on Creating an effective circulation plan for ensuring smooth patient flow, staff efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.
Patient Flow: pathways are designed that minimize travel distance for patients and their families, especially those with mobility issues. Staff Efficiency: Create routes for staff that streamline access to critical areas like patient wards, operating rooms, and emergency services. Visitor Access: Provide clear paths for visitors that don’t interfere with staff and patient movement.
