The I Clean corporate office is conceived as a compact G+4 commercial structure with two basement levels accommodating multi-level parking. The building is organized as a strong rectilinear mass, articulated through exposed brickwork, terracotta jali, recessed glazing, horizontal bands and staggered double-height balconies. The predominantly solid brick envelope is contrasted by a highly transparent ground floor, creating a distinct transition between the heavy upper mass and the surrounding site.
 

The double-height balconies are staggered across the façade to break the monotony of the solid mass while creating recessed voids that enhance daylight penetration and façade depth. Terracotta jali railings provide filtered transparency and maintain material continuity with the exposed brick façade. The ground floor is conceived as a glass box supporting the projecting upper mass through prominent structural elements and angled cantilevered columns, creating a dramatic and clearly articulated entrance.
 

A grand double-height lobby forms the principal arrival space, establishing a sense of openness and grandeur while maintaining a simple, functional and low-maintenance aesthetic. The terrace is envisioned as a usable extension of the workplace, incorporating staff dining, a corporate lounge and terrace landscaping. Overall, the architecture derives its identity from the interplay of solid and void, brick and glass, horizontal and vertical rhythms, cantilevered forms and controlled natural lighting. The interiors follow the I Clean philosophy through a simple, functional and Japanese-inspired approach emphasizing clarity, minimalism and ease of maintenance.
