Reception area and Entrance lounge Space designed for world class clean room labs, for Micro and Nano Manufacturing. The centralized national facility consists of 16 labs spread over 25,000 sq’ feet of clean room, situated at ground level as well as 10 meters below the ground level, with stringent environmental control (temperature control +/- 0.1oC, Humidity control +/- 2% and floor vibration below 100 nm), housing about 50 advanced/high technology equipment for Micro and Nano Fabrication and Nano Characterization under one umbrella.

This facility is used for integrated Micro & Nano fabrication & characterization services to industries and for Technology and product development for high value, import substitution machines and equipment’s for industries (CG sector, High value Metrology, Optical, Biomedical, Healthcare, Defense, Aerospace, Energy, etc.).
