​​Located in one of the newer Residential layouts in Davangere, is a part of a larger site size of 40’ x 120’ with roads on either ends of the site. Where one half of the site will be designed as an individual bungalow. The only Brief given to us was to not step out of the vastu and to not exceed the budget. Simple Minimalistic Finishes, easy to maintain.  

 

The Multi dwelling Unit is designed with the south road access to the 40’ x 60’, with stilt and 3 floors housing 2 individual 2bhk units on each floor, a 1 bhk studio housing the helper in the stilt floor along with car parking for all units was considered. All for rental purposes. 

 

Individual bungalow on the other half opens up to the northern part of the site giving it full privacy and essay access to the road. This is designed with a series of courts towards the west acting as climate barriers as well as enhancing natural light and ventilation within the building.
